As a Flashpacker originally from Italy I can't avoid loving your post and the concept of highbrow hostels :) Like the way you mention off the beaten track destinations like Albania. Def a recommended blog for Flashpackers!

We wondered whether you would be interested in our site: www.toyvoyagers.com - dedicated to travelling toys?

We have been sending stuffed toys on random global adventures since 2005 and have developed into an international community of people helping them to travel.

You register your toy on the site - at that point it becomes an official 'ToyVoyager'. Each ToyVoyager has its own profile and blog (we call it a travelog), and people who help the ToyVoyager on its journey write updates about its travels, including photos. Anyone can register a toy as a ToyVoyager - the website is completely free to use.

Some ToyVoyagers are posted around the world, others are released into the wild with a tag on them asking people to help them on their journey. The furthest travelling wild release has journeyed more than 50,000 miles!

For more information, please get in touch - or come and visit us at the site!

Hi
Your "report is correct" and many bars are charging GBP3.50 per pint but there is a far larger chain of hotels across the whole of the UK who sell traditional ales for a little as GBP1.59 per pint (Pedigree Ale on sale any Monday nights).

I suggest you look at the JD Wetherspoon's chain www.jdwetherspoon.co.uk and they have a pub finder which will show you 20 of their pubs located within 2 miles radius of the centre of London.

Hi, thanks for the link to our site! Just a couple of things I'd like to add - first, it's 'Tiny', not 'Tina' ;-)

Secondly, it's not just our dolls we want to see around the world - we are encouraging people to take their own toys with them for an adventure and to send piccies of the results!

We understand that Tilly is heading to Spain, but we hope to have pictorial confirmation soon!

Thanks for mentioning my article! Upon reading above about the 5 funniest movies, I must admit that I don't know any of them. What a shame! Anyway, will probably drop by my local movie rental place and change that soon.
